with the light of mine eyes 

i saw the outside:

now when the light is gone,

i see the self within .

in the playhouse of the world 

i had played with thee--

let that play be over

and the meeting of hearts begin,

the string of the vina has snapped,

the vina of the heart now sings .

&

விழிகளின் ஒளியால்

என் புறம் பார்த்தேன்-

இப்போது  அவ்வொளி அகன்றது 

என் ஆன்மாவை என் அகம்  பார்க்கிறேன் -

இவ்வுலகே ஓர் விளையாட்டு வீடு :

உன்னுடன்  இதில் விளையாடி இருக்கிறேன் 

அவ்விளையாட்டு நிறைவாகட்டும் :

இதயங்களின் சந்திப்பு துவங்கட்டும் -

வீணை நரம்புகள் துண்டுற்றன :

இதய வீணை இப்போது பாடுகிறது
